Week 1 : How we work

Explore the fundamental aspects of how us humans work and the stories we’ve been telling ourselves all our lives – setting the stage for a profound understanding of our inner workings.Get ready to transform your life and create a story that resonates with who you really are. 

Week 2: Alcohol

Most of us are raised to belive that alcohol makes us sociable – it’s for good times and bad times…well which is it?Of course thee are just stories we’ve bought into. We dive into our relationship with alcohol, unraveling stories that may be hindering your well-being.

 

Week 3: Money

This is a life-changing one ! When we see the stories we’ve been running about money our whole life and how that’s held us back or even spurred us on in some cases – well, things change! (no pun intended)

Week 4: Relationships

Another big one- the stories we have about other people and how they should be are fascinating at best, destructive at worst.  We have no control over ourselves never mind other people and when we see this – freedom of the highest order !

Week 5: Work

We have lots of stories of what our working lives should look like- career progression, salary and what that number should be as well as how our colleagues should appreciate us and intereact with us – great to see how all of this is made up !

Week 6: Anxiety and Stress

If we’re operating from a system running on stress and anxiety and it feels like our stress is coming from out there – then more stress and anxiety is the result . Once we see how we work and that all feelings are welcome – it’s a game changer !

Week 7: Health

How we view our health and the stories we tell ourselves about what that means – most importantly – is a big area for us to look at. The stories around this are deep-rooted for many of us and far-reaching in the way we live our lives. When we get under the bonnet and really examine them – wow, it’s huge !

Week 8: Food

These stories are generations old when we examine them – that continual diet cycle handed down from generations . As is food as a reward, food as a treat, food to fill that gap when we’re feeling empty . When we see how we’re using food in a way that food (or anyhting else!) can never meet, it changes the way we eat .

When I had my children my head became a very busy place.

There was a lot of danger out there and a lot to worry about – Stories of danger, stories of how I wanted the future to look stories of what success looked like and stories of the past.

All of them stories!

And of course believing that I was in control, I had to fix everything and cling on tight and manipulate and organise  ….it was exhausting!

Once I came across this understanding everything changed . I saw that they were all stories, movies  playing in my head all day long. And I believed them all and thought they were all real.

Once I saw what was happening …well, everything changed.

The stories keep coming but when you know they’re stories you don’t take them seriously, they drop quickly and you have so much more space in your head to be creative and at peace .

I LOVE sharing  this understanding with other people.
